My Front Yard Still Produces the Best Finds!

I found this trade token last night in the front yard. It was near the location of an old soft maple stump I had ground out last year. It's the same diameter as a penny but thin as a dime. One side says: "Redeemable for United States Money 1/4 cent". The other side says: Jacksonville, ILL Chamber of Commerce. I might soak it overnight in olive oil to loosen the crud some. I am amazed every time that I find something in my yard since the old guy who owned the house before me was a Whites Dealer for many years in the '70s and 80's!

hi twalton, with all the good stuff coming out of your front yard, have you started talking to your neighbors about hitting their yards too? it looks like you would do quite well. great finds, and hh,

Yeah...just show them a few of your finds...Not the best ones of course, to get their interest peeked...I am sure if your yard is producing stuff, your neighbors have similar stuff in theirs...
