Started on a new spot yesterday and found 27 coins in an hour and a half. There were 7 clad dimes, 3 nickels, 2 clad quarters and 13 pennies which all were copper except 2. One wheat and this Washington quarter. The Washington was down a little over 6 inches and came out of the ground with just a little dirt on it. Washed it off and this is how it looks. As you've seen in my past posts the dirt here eats up coins so this was a nice suprise. I was detecting a lawn which had pretty good soil so hopefully if i find any other silver they will also be in good shape. Simplex with SP-24 coil Park 1, one bar down on sensitivity. Heard it just a little so went to full sensitivity and that helped. HH Jim
