Made my first video and I can say it's a lot harder than it looks if you haven't tried it. It was raining a lot that day but it looks like the video picked up some pixels along the journey to the net. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbbrmxoBeF0&feature=youtu.be
I tried to go back the following morning but the rain was coming down in buckets til 3pm. Went back when the sun came out and broke that crappy pinpointer on the first hole, the power switch pushed right thru the circuit board. That dime is there, I can feel it. Got a 44D, 52D and a 56D Wheat GL HH
P.S. This is not the show I was talking about making.......this is practice!

Good job Abraham. Its not as easy as you would think trying to dig and film is it...lol.It takes me twice as long to do everything.Camera glasses really help free up your hands.Or a good tripod can help also.I know theres a silver coin on that site somewhere.I really liked that Truck.Sweetness. Look forward to your next Video. HH Jim T

I watched the whole thing! I like the backstory you give as you are hunting and digging... Heres something I noticed that may help you with your dime quest...If I may...

Learn how to stab those shallow coins with a screwdriver....then, you dont have to kneel and dig, once you get good, you will pull them right out of that nice dirt in about 20seconds (or less) from the initial ping...you may drop down on one knee, (left) like a genuflect, which keeps your back and body alligned, stab with your left hand, gently feel for the target, wow out a little hole right above it, reach down in there with your left hand index finger, (no glove) pinch the target between the blade of the screwdriver (which is now in your right hand) and your left hand finger, and extract...quicker to do than type..then you push up off the ground in reverse with your strong leg....No hole, and no pinpointer required,...I believe if you get good and fast at this method, your silver dime will come along very soon since this recovery method is so much faster, you will get more targets in a given hunting time, cover more ground, which will up your odds on finding the silver....also, right in front of that barn or house right in the road, bet theres a silver dime there, or at least clad, wherever folks have parked or walked or hitched up horses.....a screwdriver can pick through that gravel pretty good...plus, your back wont hurt since its kept straight, and its not stressed for such a long period of time for each target...I know this sounds strange, but I'm telling you, you get good with a screwdriver, and its like you get a weeks worth of targets in a few hours everyday...you could hunt right in somebodies manicured front yard, pull 200 targets, and leave no trace of a hole, since the ones you are making are no bigger than your finger.. Good Luck on your dime quest! We are pulling for you!:buds:

Thanks for the help! :help: Any idea why it looks pixely? Is this the part where the computer knowledge is suppose to come in? RAMS and gigibytes etc. etc. I may put the dime quest on hold for a bit though cause a lady lost a 24K ring at our fairgrounds a few months ago and I'm going to try to help her out a bit.

I just checked the camera (SJ1000) and it says 1080FHD and behind that it say 1920x 1080. I loaded it to youtube with my laptop and it took from 5am til 7pm to do it. My teenager thought I didn't have enough memory....... I told him "I'm 43, it only gets worse from here"

I thought it may have been the rain that day but I checked the orig. and it doesn't look like that.

Abe I film in 760 at 30 frames per sec.It gives me a wider image with the camera than 1080 and It loads faster.I also get more footage time with lower resolution.

I'll change it and give it a try. Thanks! I really appreciate all the help :smoke:
