My first small "cache"

I recall under a swing once. There were dozens of coins, as if someone had dumped a baggie full of change in the sand below the thing. As I recall most were clads: quarters, dimes and nickles. And I remember there was a toy tootsie car in the pile too.
The whole thing was one giant positive signal. I hesitated to even dig it, as I figured it was a large piece of pipe or some other parkland chunk. That was a fun moment.

I have found many groups of quarters. Once I dug up a flattened beer can and underneath it was a roll of quarters. The can was full of probe holes but no one before me had bothered to dig it up and find the surprise beneath it.
