My First Silver For 2007

Finally got the monkey off my back with a 1938S Mercury Dime today . Dug this one at 8 inchs in one of my local parks . Sure is nice to see silver again . Take care everyone !

Hello hope everyone here had some great finds for 2006 . Here are my Quattro silver finds . 4 silver Washington quarters , 13 Mercury dimes , 32 silver Rosevelt dimes , and 4 silver War nickles . For a total of 53 silver coins . My Wheat penny count was 189 . 2 Indian Head pennies , 8 silver rings and 4 gold rings . All together I had a fun time with my Quattro and wouldn't trade it for anything . Thanks for looking . Good luck to all !.......Mike

Good grief Mike! I thought you meant you'd never found any silver, ever, like me, but I'd say you did "pretty darn good" last year. Guess I better get busy detecting, and researching.:O:|

Thanks Butch and Beachguy . My only wish for the new year is that some older coins like Seateds or Barbers find there way in to my recovery pouch . There again who cares as long as it's silver right ? Thanks again and good luck to all on the new year .
