My first ring

Bottleman

New member
It took me about one year to find my first ring and I was very excited to pull it out. I was detecting a local park that another man said he went over a week earlier and only found two coins. Well after last night

Bet there's more coins there, too. Nobody gets 'em all!! Congrats on your first ring, too. Would be a nice stone if were real.

Congratulations on your first ring! That's always exciting and if you weren't hooked before you will be now.

I know a good way to tell if that stone (or any other) is a diamond. Touch the tip of your tongue to a piece of tissue then put the wet spot on the top of the stone. If it's a diamond, there will ALWAYS be a dark spot in the center. If there's no dot, it is not a diamond. Try it with stones you know to be diamonds - it works every time.
