the ring no good but the 40 silver Q was pretty cool and my very first SQ, 1963 but thats ok the next one will prob be real !

Great job Rick, my 1st ring was a fake too, goldplated woman's ring with CZs and amethest, but I'll tell ya this much, it hooked me and that was Jul. '04, been wrecked since! Congrats on the SQ too!

Who cares if it's fake.....now you know it can be done and knowing that.... there is lots more to find. My first ring was gold but with fake diamond...lol! Jess still refuses to stop wearing it.Great job...cant wait to see your first real one. I bet its just around the corner

i was reading the beach & water forum when i posted the pict when in reality i found the ring in a park ,sorry guys but living 15 mins from the beach my next MD will be a water detector! the silver Q'S were found in my backyard ! sorry about the confusion ,OBN WAS CORRECT rare because it wasn't found at the beach !lol..........any suggestions on water detector? excal? thanks all
