MY FIRST RING

Ive been reading all these great ring finds, and ive never found one. Today iwent out for awhile and i kept telling myself i wanted a ring, well i found my first one it read 42 full bar ring i dug saying no way but there it was. got so excited i went home and showed MOM well its not real but it does say AVON under it. goes to show you what positive thinking does. thanks bryan

Bryan if you are digging all the pennies you will find a silver ring. They come in that range, and I'm always surprised when I pull out a silver ring instead of a penny. I've found gold rings all over the scale. Who knows how many I've missed by not digging all signals. You have noticed I haven't posted any small gold chains, that's because I usually don't dig the single digit positive numbers. You'll get a ring soon. Rob

Congrats on your first ring Bryan. As much as you use your MXT, you'll be finding more rings. They're out there! One time when hunting, I pinpointed a coin. Kept poking and poking. Nothing! The MXT said it was about an inch down. Finally I was fed up with not being able to find and pick the penny/dime out of the ground, so I took my digger and out popped a silver ring. When I was poking around, I would go through the middle of the ring. Therefore not hitting anything. DAH.................. Glad I was persistent. HH and good luck, Nancy

Nancy is right, I have found 36 rings this year & for the most part they all came up dime or quarter. Except for the gold & three of the four said nickle. most of the cheep ones will come around 42 at least that is what they do in this part of the country.
