Nice old coin, oldest I found to date 1900 V nickle. Great find.

Team ATC is a group of about 3 guys out of a local town they have written a book and have 3 DVD's out called extreme metal detecting. The DVD's are a blast to watch some tips and tricks but mostly devoted to them finding stuff. (Old stuff) they are working on a new DVD of just finds for next year. They really are a great group of guys that just sell the DVD's to pay for a trip once a year to detect somewhere in the US. their site is www.anacondatreasure.com I don't mean to sound like a commercial but dahut had asked and well I really enjoyed their DVD's so maybe others might.

Congradulation on your 1 st pre 1900's find. I live in Charlotte,North Carolina and have been detecting since 1979. Not much Silver left in this city.

Have a Good Year in 2009
