After digging 3 pull tabs, a part of someone's glasses, and foil, I found a 2005 Texas A&M Class Ring at G. Hysmith Skate Park located in College Station, TX on May 10, 2016 around 7:30 PM.
I was looking for possible lost Gold Jewelry for about 3 hours the night before last and I dug at least 100 pull tabs along with lots of other metal junk. I only found $0.24, but one penny turned out to be a 1944 Wheaty. This shows even if you only have 20 minutes to detect, there is a chance to find something special.
Now the waiting game begins because I already called Texas A&M to see if I could receive help with locating class rings rightful owner. I ended up giving my contact information to the Alumni Office so hopefully whoever lost the ring can contact me so I can return it to them. This is my first college class ring I have ever found. If I am contacted so I can return this ring, it will be the 4th class ring I will have been able to return to the rightful owner.
