My First Barber Dime

New member
I foune my first Barber dime while hunting with some one else for the first time at a local park. It was in the hole with a nail next to a large tree about 6" deep. As you can see it in very rough shape but its mine and I can still see the detail on it.When soneone tells me which is the best Phone or camera to buy with the best quality an the easyest to use then I will buy it today. I still need to post my first V nickel I found 2 days later which is in rough shape also. I'm still Learning on my own thanks to all you for your help. It's greatly appreciated. HH everyoneJeff63

Congrats on your first Barber, and a "D" at that !!
Regarding a camera, you don't need an expensive one; just one that can take close ups.
If you have a newer computer, you should be able to stick the memory card right into it and download the photos directly.
That way you shouldn't have to fool around with camera software that can be a hassle .
I have an older HP camera that I download photos onto a Windows XP PC.
The software is a PIA because of their marketing gimmicks.
Just my 2-cents.....

Sweet find. Love digging the Barbers

Congratulations! :clapping:Nice Barber dime and thanks for a nice sharp photo! HH

A huge congrats on finding your first Barber Dime ! :clapping:
I still remember exactly when and where I found my first Barber Dime three years ago - and I'd be willing to bet - that three years from now ... so will you!

Congratulations on your first barber dime Jeff! Thanks for the great pictures. You'll never forget where you found your "firsts".
