My first Barber Dime!:clapping:

I started hunting this afternoon at a high school. I used the DFX and found a sterling ring, a thin gold band (10k), and $1.20 in change. Then I went to the empty lot where I found the 1916 and 1917 wheaties a few weeks ago. I decided to use my TA 300:garrett: instead of the DFX. The 300 will sort through the trash with much, much less noise. I only hunted about 15 minutes because I was losing light. I got a 1903O Barber dime. Best day I've had in a while!

...little would you know by looking at her, but that ugly puss on your dime is a lady! It's a representation of Liberty herself, if you can believe it. Whoooowheeee, did she ugly up for that design!

Personally, I like the old "Bust" representation of Liberty from the early days of AmMerican coinage. Lusty, well endowed and inviting, she represents to me everything freedom and Liberty should be about.

It's cool that you found it with a Treasure Ace, a detector you don't hear much about. Living proof, indeed, that not everything good is buried at the earth's core and harder to find than a whore in church. Good on ya, man.
