My first 3 videos.

I started video taping my hunts and these are my first 3 videos. I got permission to hunt an area that is now a bar and grill on 3.5 acres with about 2 acres that are huntable grass areas. The property dates back to the late 1800's and has had several businesses on it. These videos were made from hunting a section that once had a ball field on it. About 2/3's the old ball field is now covered with a parking lot and undetectable. I detected in one direction what is still grass. It has been one of those places Ive been dreaming about for 34 years (Old virgin ground with little clad and loaded with silver). I've found 24 pieces of silver and over 85 wheats so far. Ive hunted it 5 differant times and the first 2 hunts are not on video. I did manage to get 19 of the 24 silver pieces on video.

The first video I was using the stock 10" D2 coil and using cybersages corelate program for the D2 coil. The other 2 videos I was using the 10 x 12 SEF butterfly coil with cybersages correlate program for the SEF coil.

Great finds, I really enjoyed your videos, keep up the good work.

Awesome videos. You don't seem to get to excited digging all that silver. Where could a person learn more about Cybersage's programs?

Here is Jack's D2 Program.

This is a Correlate based program. This is designed to work with the stock D2 coil. This program does not use any discrimination what so ever. Instead, the custom tone settings keep the undesirable targets quiet. The idea is that even with slow recovery time near by bad targets will have less masking effect on a near by good target. This is the program I used on my last hunt when finding the Seated Liberty Dime.

Choose the "Coin & Jewelry" from the presets and make the following changes...

Discrimination
Accept (-95 to +95)
Reject (nothing)

Notes: Set your accept range to include all numbers

Sensitivity
Rx Gain (9-10)
Discrimination (92-93)
All Metal (7:geek:

Notes: Set your sensitivity to where your detector is stable. Do not sacrifice Discrimination sensitivity for Rx Gain. Keep the Discrimination sensitivity as high as possible. To much RX Gain will cause more problems with deep iron sounding like good targets.

Ground Tracking
Speed (15)

Frequency
Correlate (ON)
Span (35)
Wrap (-94)

Filter & Speed
Ground Filter (5Hz Band Pass)
Recovery Delay (115)

Audio
Tone ID (ON)
Modulation (OFF)

Set your "Tone ID Mode" to "Custom "and make the following changes...

-95 to -1 = 0
+95 = 0 as well

Notes: Essentially what is happening here is we are using the 0 setting to make non desirable targets quiet and give no audio response. You can set any VDI range to 0 to not hear a response.

Swing that coil slow and in about 4 foot passes. Make a pass in both directions over the same ground before overlapping for your next swing. Keep that coil on or slightly off the surface. Keeping the swing speed very, very slow will prevent masking or smearing out desirable targets in trashy ground. I pull Silver out of the same hole as iron targets all the time.

Watch for alignment of all three frequency in the 80 t0 92 VDI range. If your depth reading is 4-9 inches you better start digging.

I have a similar set up but it's not so wide open. Plus, not near the All Metal setting. Going to set that up this evening and try my Indian spot tomorrow! Thanks Ron. Makes a lot of sense. (Tomorrow is my first real time off in weeks!)

Mister Ed, I believe it is seventy-eight.

Fire Fighter,
Them are great video,s of those silver finds, If I can find half as much as you do in a day I,d be thrilled.:
The CyberSage program you used ,did you modified it in anyway from CyberSage,s program? I put his program in yesterday and havent had the chance to try it yet.
CyberSage also has a couple video,s on U-tube about sweep speed and hunting deeper coins.
He comments on his Correlate program on the Whites V3 Forum ,the topic is For all you satisfied V3 owners what is your best set up for finding deeper coins, By Jim D. Check it out!

Good hunting::)
