My fellow teammate coastwise had some orthoscopic surgery on 1 knee today......

He says the surgery went well and he should be up and runnin' in 10 days. His other knee needs to be replaced entirely. It will be nice to have my looter friend back in 1 piece, so I don't have to watch him cringe, while he should be having a good time hunting! Just thought ya'll would like to know what's up with him.

A positive mental attitude has been medically proven to aid in recovery from surgery so try to stay focussed on how much loot you're going to find once you are healed up. Like your hunting buddy always says "tenacious perserverance".

Be Well,

I had a 67 year old man finish 6 minutes ahead of me in a Sprint Triathlon last Oct. He had Knee surgery 6 months before the race. Walking in water is great exercise for Rehab.you will be in my family's prayers. Good Luck
