My F75 talks to much! How is the 2500???

Chatter, chatter, chatter.... Out with my F75 again today. I was where civil war relics were possible. I tuned out iron and found iron. A few nails and a 4" looking spike was my tally. I had many false readings. I even lowered the sensitivity and tried the 6" coil. I must say, that I miss the simplicity and the quietness of my other detectors. I am destined to sell. I realize I'll lose a few hundred, but I will end up with a machine that I enjoy. Going deep, deeper, deepest is not my desire at the expense of listening to chatter. SO...anyone wanting a F75 that is less than a week old with a 6" coil? I'm headed to the F-5 or O-8000. How is the Garrett or Minelabs on chatter? What is the best "non-chatter" machine out there?

Garrett has a mineral chip inside and is quiet as a mouse.

Mine lab Elite,,not problems with chatter,,I'm tempted to buy another,,but hard to beat the simple performance of a Mine lab Elite..it has a language that can be understood and using a built in probe along with the 180 meter it's a snap



when a better machine comes along I will buy,,but do not know of any better yet,,lighter yes but not better....I'm very pleased also with the Ace 250 as a backup,quite often preffer it due to it's light weight,,but it does have bit of chatter...

Turn the sensitivity down on the 250 to four bars.
