Although I haven't hit the water yet, I can tell a big difference in my machine. I will be hitting the water tomorrow for the real test.
If I learned anything from all of this it is don't be in a hurry because JW & Dan were off I spoke with a rep that wasn't aware of certain things. Had I waited to speak to the right people the out come would have been different. (better)
I want to thank JW and Dan for taking care of me on these issues and getting the problems fixed quickly. Both of them along with several other Kellyco employees are on our forum and other forums. They are there to help us so any issues or problems wait until you talk to the knowledgeable ones... Thanks again Guys
