My Equinox always wins

I was researching a new place to hunt today. I found what appears to be an old trail leading into the woods and towards a lake. I found this by looking at an aerial photo from 1934 and 1955 and matching it up with today's aerial. Sure enough I get to this spot and see the old trail.... Tons of litter from parties and from people fishing but I did snag these two beauties! By noon time, the mosquitos were ganging up on me and trying to steal my silver so I left 😂🤣😅😂🤣

There is a partial date and I believe its 1917 on the SLQ

I used Jim's Equinox 800 settings.

Nice finds Jim!!!
That research paid off for you today!!
Those mosquitos were after me too today.
Another reason I like cooler weather to detect… no bugs to bother me!!🤣😂
Thanks Felix! I might bother you no matter what the weather :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Nice, nice going on the Stander and the Merc, Does look like 1917. Good job! HH jim tn
Thanks Jim! Hope all is well in your neck of the woods.

Well done!! I also have such a place to hit this fall. I am short of my 50 silver coin goal by 42!!
You’ll get there! I believe you met your goal last year didn’t you ?

Might be an amazing swimming hole at the end of the path with loads of old silver and gold rings!!!!
