Well the ground was not frozen & I drove to the young ladies house to "detect". Unfortunately the boyfriend was there again, but I just put the headphones on & made my way into the courtyard. Last time it was dark & I never saw how huge the grounds are. I could be here for years! (but I got a look from the boyfrind that said..don't come back again)
I used the Edge with no presets or anything. Just disc on 00 & sensitivity 8. I wanted to try old coin mode (would have been the perfect yard) but the gal kept saying she wanted to see me find a gold ring, so I figured I better dig everything. Well, there were signals everywhere! I'm sore from all the bending & digging for 3 strait hours. I should have notched zinc but I wasn't thinking. I was thinking about other things
Anyhow, I know there's more silver there, but I only bagged 1 silver coin, but it was a biggie. This 1943 Walking half...first silver of the year & a solid +36 lock. LOts of wheaties & I just piled everything up as I emptied my pockets.....

Unfortunately I forgot my camera....I was gunna try to sneak a couple of pictures (of the gal & the mansion) The young lady didn't want pictures of the property all over the net & magazines thinking other detectorists might show up, etc. so I backed off. I'll try to sneak one or 2 if I go there again (but the boyfriend gave a look like "I hope this is the last I see of you"
But, like I said before.....if she wasn't hot I would never have helped her with her computer in the first place
