My detecting buddy

7centsworth

Well-known member
I talk a lot about my Doberman or should I say detecting buddy. This is our dog that goes to the lake with us , goes detecting with me and goes several other places with us.

Sometimes when I am relic hunting he digs his own holes and I have to go and cover them up. He is just a good ole dog.

Nice looking dog. Oddly enough the US Air Force uses doberman's for security or at least they use too. The US Army uses Gernan Shepards & Labredor Retreivers more than any other kind of dog or at least they use to. Admittedly I don't know what either service is using now, as it's been 40-50 years since I've been on active duty.

I bet you don't have to worry about ANYONE sneaking up on you Travis! :) That is one nice looking dog my friend!
