My dabby dib for today...

Went out about an hour before dark and hit a playground. Some idiot had set fire to some of the wooden playground equipment and burnt it up. Coins were scattered and had to cover the whole playground. No spills this time.

Bill

Well, at least you got as many quarters as pennies. My ratio today was pennies-103/Quarters-3.

I guess the wind must have stopped....you went out. :)

Yeah it was beautiful today at about 75 degrees or so. Wish I had gone out earlier but didn't make it. Hope we have a mild winter. It's starting off good. Last year we set a record and had the warmest February on record with temps in the eighties all month long. Unheard of. I think El Nino is in this year so maybe.

... I like it when Bill gets to go out - he is so much less grouchy that way! You'll note, too, the nickle(s) in his pile. I was going to accuse him of DISCING out all but .1/.10/.25's, but noooooooo, he's got .05's in there. He's working it, after all.

... A reason to be excited! Who'dve guessed??

Wow, does that ever fly in the face of convention. Imagine telling all your friends how much you love the dreaded El Nino, scourge of the eco-whacko's. They'd drum you right out of the next TreeHuggers GreenSheep meeting!

Did better then me I never got out at all...gotta build a darn garden shed and the weather is crap.....cold and wet. Calling for snow tomorrow.I'd rather have snow then rain....its easier griding out an area.

Yeah I like it better than La Nino. As much as it rains here normally any break is welcome. I don't know what we had last year as we had no winter and it was in the eighties all through February, setting an all time record.

Bill

Yeah I hate rain. But then I ain't fond of snow either. I've lived in the snow, the wet, and the warm. Warm is better. I remember one winter when I lived in Northern Idaho it got down to 55 below zero. No thanks. But then I've been in the desert at two in the morning when it was 125 degrees. When the sun arose it warmed up a bit. :)
