My Cutlass II kicks butt

Sven

Well-known member
Couldn't resist trying to improve my old Cutlass II non umax.

Made a simple quick mod to slow down the motion.

Changed out the two yellow 4.7uf caps and replaced them with 10us caps.
Yes, a nice improvement doing the air test, average 2-3" increase depending upon target and target size.
Using the 7" coil. At max sensitivity, slight chatter.
You can slow down your sweep to a nice comfortable speed, slower motion. You can also swing fast, does recover just as fast as before.

Nice mod.

Hmm, what else can I do?

nice you know how to do that stuff. glad you like it.

I have no idea what you are talking about, but I like what I see!

Nice work man!...snowed in?
