My Compadre and me. Hunt #3

It was almost gold found a 14kt ge ring. I am going to let it soak for a few days. It may clean up. Also found a coin from Switzerland it has a 5 on the back. Went to the beach to hunt but wasn't much there and very quiet. I found one penny near the water. Went to a field that has given up a lot of nice treasures and again got the ring and the Switzerland coin. The small chain is aluminium. The Compadre sure does find some small treasures. Thanks for looking and Happy Trails....Z

That's impressive! Keep it up and you'll have gold in your find's pouch before long.

There is something just a little addictive about a Compadre. Keep it up Z and before long ol' mudpuppy will be spending his stabbed coins on a Compadre! And when I hear that has happened, I will be absolutely  !!!

Them compadres sure fun to use. So simple and they will find the good stuff. Keep it swinging slow... KEN. Ind

nice assortment of finds, there is no way gold will slip by you , small or large, keep at it

You guys are so encouraging. Thanks for the replies. There is something about swinging the Compadre that isn't frustrating when some more foil shows up? I had a chance to crank up the disc to foil and not pick up all the what I now call "misplaced gems." It isn't junk anymore. It is strange???? What is happening???
Tried to clean up the ring and just no gold left on it to shine up. Even the stones don't have that luster look about them. It goes in the Misplaced gem box which used to be called junk box. :clapping:
Thanks again and Happy Trails....Z
