Dr.said yesterday "Lets take that cast off and see what we got inside there"...DOWN I LAID,AND LET HIM CUT RIGHT INTO IT...x-rays showed good healing going on;so i asked him can I go back to work today?He said nope-ankle is gonna be weak;wait until Monday so you can build up the strength in there....Im glad he said that,WOW!IT WAS REALLY WEAK!!
Im doing some stretching exercises;and walking a little more every day(walked a half-mile today);so Im gettin there-Im thinkin of going over to Port Huron to the mall and wander around-i really LIKE to go to the malls this time of the year;and enjoy all the Christmas spirit-children crying;people grouching and fighting;and running around in a frenzy going into mounds of debt;all for the mistaken belief that the amount you spend on loved ones for Christmas is relative to the degree you love them...The more you love them=the more you will spend on them..
Poor;misguided souls-I have heard the suicide rate at this time of year is at its highest..OF course,the blatant commercialism and greed is not a contributing factor...On a lighter note:For those that havent entered my contest;there is still time to get in...Friday Noon Eastern Time;I will announce the winnah!!!AND:I am making arrangements to go see PETE in Michigan Christmas Eve-I will be in West Branch;Pete lives in Houghton Lake-Im takin one of my goodie cases;we will enjoy coffee;show-and-tell;and good old Christian Fellowship!!
