I put my rings in the ring holder and ran out of room. I hope to get at least one more ring this year.....These came from the woods, sports fields, trails, water, sand and playgrounds.

They are foam with the slots pre-cut for rings. Any jewellry supply shop should sell them. I now have seven of them full. More then half of my ring collection were found on land with one of my Garretts. A nice soft tone at the pulltab area sometimes = gold.

I got plenty of flat foam. Could make my own. Good rainy day project. Think I've got about 250 rings or so.

Nice collection John. Looks like I'm on my way.

..Very nice John. You are indeed living proof of the usefulness of detectors. And you take a good picture. I enjoy seeing you in the Garrett catalogs, all 'Grizzly Adams' looking.

I, however, seem to have hit a ring plateau lately. A bitter, windswept plateau covered in asphalt and scrub weeds. I havent found a ring in ages and it bugs me, as I used to find them often enough.

I think people here in S. Carolina eat too much fatback and sausage gravy, way too much cornbread and butter beans with hamhocks.
Those beautiful rings are wedged so tight on their chubby fingers, that they couldnt slip off if they wanted to!
