Hi everyone,
please accept my sincere thanks to those people who replied to my previous posting about my problems with my AT Pro & the fact that I was going to have to pay for the return postage.
I have just received a phonecall from Garrett & THEY ARE now going to pay the return postage for me.
When I sent the AT Pro into them on the 5th August, I made mention of the fact that I would be going on holidays during the first week in Sept. Garrett decided that the only way to get the machine back to me quickly, was for me to pay the return express postage - hence the email requesting $80 for postage.
Once again, my sincere thanks to Garrett for helping me out in this matter & I also ask other forum members to please keep up the support for Garrett who, like a lot of other companies, need our help in these difficult times.
Someone once said, "It is not the problems that count but how we react to the problems that really counts."
Thankyou Garrett for coming to the Party.
Sincerely,
Gary Frame.
