My best find yet! (besides my wife)

I went for an early morning beach hunt today. Got down there at around 4AM. I turned my machine on and walked straight out into the wet sand and waves. The necklace was my first target of the day. It was like I was pulled to it. It rang up 14-15 on my NOX. I quickly tucked it away. There were some strange people at the beach last night. This girl came over to me and said she was worried about me and didn’t want me going out into the water. Then she grabbed my scoop. I told her it’s a big beach and to please find someone else to bother. Anyway that first find was my one golden ticket for the hunt. It tests good at 14k and that’s what the hallmark claims. It weighs 57g. That’s the most gold I’ve ever found at one time.

Happy Hunting!

Yeah I guess I should have gone home after my first find, but that’s not the way my brain works. I knew it felt extremely heavy, but I didn’t see the hallmark so I tried not to get over excited until I tested it.

Very cool, congratulations!

Some folks are a little crazy be careful out there.

Wonderful find. Great comment on finding your wife. I found mine on St. Simons Island, Ga. May 30th 1965. We were married 2 years later. Today marks her death on Swissair bound for Switzerland and Italy with her friend Cherie. Sept. 2, 1998. The best of the best.

Woody, sorry for your loss. That’s very sad.
