My backyard finds so far

EastKY

New member
I got my first metal detector and I started looking in my backyard a couple weeks ago. Here are my finds so far.

Nice. I could stay busy in a yard coughing up like that. No better place to learn your detector and recovery techniques.

Yep, I spent some serious technical time tunning myself into my Ace 350.
I think some of my neighbors were beginning to think I lost my mind and
maybe I was trying to find it with my metal detector. I cleaned up more nails
than I wished to count but, I did find a gold ring my wife lost, and she didn't
even know she had lost it outside. It had been missing for about six years.

wow. your having great luck, some cool old pieces you found, that soldier, the oldsmobile token and the old whistle are interesting pieces for sure, keep hunting your on a roll. HH

That's a nice variety of finds without leaving the back yard! I really enjoy the tokens and early toys.

Love the lead soldier... at least yours has a head, mine does not! lol
