after a year and a half of hard use and many gold and silver jewelry my baby died,no mater how many new batteries i put in it would not rise from its slumber.i cry ed and begged but to no avail so off to the garrett hospital it went. i hope they take good care of it and send it back like young and eager jewelry and coin sniffing machine that it was.
