My aching back!!!!

Not that I am complaining because it was a good hunt today. I hunted for a little over 3hrs and scored a nice ladies diamond ring. Ok the diamonds are not big, but they are diamonds none the less. The band is silver and halmarked along with being stamped 925. I am still hunting a church ball diamond and it seems that it has never been metal detected thus all the clad. I was using my MXT with my 6" DD Excelerator search coil. I tell you I love that coil. It pinpoints like it has rifle sights on it. I highly recommend it. HH Dennis in Idaho

Awesome finds!! I like that crucifix and the ring! I have got to get out and try my new Eclipse 5.3! It's raining again today! I should have bought a water machine so I can go ground fishing in the rain. Keep finding the good stuff. Later, Tony

Another great day Dennis! Tony>>>>I have a feeling you are gonna be very happy with the 5.3! It is all I use on my dfx. Pinpointing, separation, awesome! Of course the depth is not the same as the stock coil, but i did hit a Merc at 5.5 and have gone as deep as 7.5 with a few adjustments. I got mine after Monte on the xlt forum recommended it. Nice to keep an eye across the board on all the forums for great tips! Best thing I did up to now!

Dennis, that is one outstanding 3 hour hunt. A pretty cross, a very nice ring, a toy car and around 100 coins for over 9 dollars ....... that is a hunt to smile about for a while.

Good luck and have fun, Bob
