I once drove to the SweetHome headquarters with a dying detector. They took it right into the big shop and dropped everything to get me going. They did CPR for over 4 hrs on the thing while I gladly waited. I even got to meet Mr. White himself. They couldn't fix it right since it was so outdated (20+ year old Eagle Spectrum) but the did find a way for me to make it work again, just didn't have a memory to keep my settings anymore, but it did turn on and work.......cost me $0 and had a great conversation with the tech who worked on it.

I asked about a tour but they couldn't, They were working on some stuff for the Government and said that part of the contract forbid tours

I have asked a few times but never ever got to do it-I wonder if anyone but dealers ever get to go thu
