My 2005 Year End Totals Including Hours Detecting.......

Not a bad year at all. My GTP 1350 was my main detector, which found me over 150 silver coins. Some of my gold and silver rings were found in the water using a non-Garrett water machine. If you do the math....I work for about $1.00/hour :)

Just think how those numbers would increase if Canada comes out with a $5.00 coin....Yehaaaaaa! Its got my vote! I was looking at my stats for $1 coins to $2 coins and its about 2:1 probably because the dollar coin is close to the colour of sand. My vote is for a $5 coin as darkly coloured as possible.I had to laugh I actually found a nice crisp $5 bill while detecting a camp site this year. The bill was slightly buried with a few pennys.I always get a few laughs when showing my treasure box and folks ask how the MD found the paper.I always smile and say its great at finding golf balls, paper money & plastic toys...... you know what I mean.

Cheers!

We have all kinds of special coins that were never circulated.Lots of dogs and nature sets.

Not sure what critter was going to go on the $5 coin.

Cheers!
