Got a couple hours in with my new 1236-X2 today. Starting to really like it, found about 50 coins nothing old. The pinpoint is dead on, the only thing I have to get used to is the different sound, my other detectors made a more mellow smoother sort of sound, the 1236 is louder & more of a scream to it (high pitch). Not saying this is a bad thing just different, I have to really turn down my headphones volume or I would of had a massive headache at the end of the day. Kinda wish there was a way to change the sound. But I did enjoy using the little "beep & dig" machine. Steve.
