Those are some nice words to finally hear from a dealer. I have bugged many of you with questions about the MXT over the last month or two. I have an XLT and my father has a real cheap detector that does not work well at all. So for his anniversary gift (this Monday) I'm getting him the MXT! <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> Along with it I have been cutting & pasteing lots of pointers about this machine, mostly from this forum. This will help him get the hang of it faster. So Thanks To You All. I'll also give him a link to this great forum site! Looking forward to seeing what another great Whites detector will find!
 
I think you are doing a very nice thing for your Father in getting him a MXT and I am sure he will love it and you too for getting him such a great detector.

I agree Rick. I do like the XLT but it will do things that I will never use or adjust. If his new one is easier and works as well I'll be "out with the old and in with the new". <img src="/metal/html/grin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":grin">
