MXT vs. M6

If you had your choice which one would you buy the MXT or the M6 I like the fact the M6 is kinda turn on and go,but is the MXT as easy to use?

Here is one of many good posts on the M6/MXT family from a couple of weeks ago.....hunts4fun gives a good comparison..... many more
if you look at past posts. All three are pretty even on depth, so it is more of a personal preference what features you want.

I have both and have used my MXT for three years just got the M6 this last summer . I like the M6 for my personal use better cause it is a little lighter in weight and I mainly hunt coins in parks and so forth so don't need the extra modes my MXT uses , but what I like best is the tones . I was use to using my Ace 250 before I got the MXT so was use to hunting with tones also had a F2 for a long time before its tones also . I was going to sell my MXT and get a MXT pro or Garrett AT pro but never got the MXT sold so still use it when I feel like switching . The MXT is easy to use and is a very good detector I am just getting old and need a little less weight and like the tones for myself. I switched to a lighter coil and that helped with my weight problem on the MXT , went to a SEF 8x6 and a D2 ... Both are about the same on depth as far as I could see.
