Our friend Bryan Swift, "cannon ball" has survived three days of the WSOP, Las Vegas, with the field down to less than 1,000 from the 6,400 that started. Although not one of the chip leaders, he still has a chance to get into the $$. The top 10% or 640 will bring back some winnings. Depending on which site you go to he has between 58,000 to 106,000 chips. The leaders are near, or over, one million.

Continued good luck Bryan.

Update:

Out of 789 players left Bryan is #669 with 88,000 chips.

I'm glad Bryan is still in the hunt. :clapping: Rob

Can you tell us which sites those are? Cause your info is better than what I have been able to find.

I believe that 'ol cannonball have survived the bubble. Last I saw he was at 80,000 chips. I wonder what the blinds are by now?

It appears that Bryan has been eliminated just prior to the end of the day's play. I think he should be very proud of his efforts. It will be interesting to hear about his experiences, and about some of the pros that he met. I wonder what he's planning for next year.

Congratulations Bryan, You saw alot of big names walk out the exit door.

I have just been googling.... bryan swift wsop

You have many sites to choose from, many vary.

I haven't seen anything official yet, but one report had a short blip that Bryan played with Lou Diamond Phillips. I just hope he finished in the money. What an honor to be in the top 10%.

Yea Dave, we have an MXT'er to be very proud of. Bryan finished 529th.

According to Poker news, Bryan got to spend most of day 4 playing with his friend and idol, last year's final table player, Dennis Phillips. The two were even dressed alike. I'm sure that will get the attention of ESPN when this is televised.

Congratulations Bryan, we are all very proud of you....

thanks everyone, i just got home today, and yes it was a dream come true im still pinching myself to wake up. i cant tell you what its like to set at the table with your idol, and hold your own. day three i played with three pros at the table aned at the end of the day it was just me and dennis. i ended up 529 out of 6500 players and won 23.000 dollars. we played 13 hours a day im mentally and physically drained please be sure to check me out on espn they will show it in aug or sept. thanks bryan

A BIG welcome home Bryan! We've been cheering you on and always saying a few good words your way. Congrats on the winnings and super will of playing! Can't wait to see ESPN.
