MXT STILL ONE OF THE BEST

Flintstone

Well-known member
I don,t see a lot of post on here any more, everyone is after the latest and greatest. I still think the MXT is right there with the best. When everyone gets tired of trying the new ones they will come back.

ONE HUNDRED PERCENT AGREE I HAVE THE ALL PRO WHICH IS NOTHING BUT A DECAL AND ANOTHER COIL . MINE I HAVE THE 8X6 SEF AND BETWEEN BOTH THIS IS A KILLER OF A MACHINE. THE OTHER GREAT WAS THE 3OO MXT WITH THE 12 INCH COIL MATTER OF FACT THEY ARE ALL EXCELLENT DETECTORS.

You will get no argument from me Flintstone!! :detecting::clapping:

I have to agree just went out on the 40 mile desert yesterday with 2 youngest they both have jr bountyhunters and I have pro mxt had a blast son found 1930's Chevy car emblem with pin-pointer after I hit it. when my wife will show me how to do pics ill put some on I found my oldest coin ever with mxt as long as you learn it you will love it .300's great in clean dirt and I've never tried sef but will get one soon . 6x9 dd isn't bad in trashy soil .unless someone makes a better MD in hotrocks I guess im stuck with mxt .99.9% of the time if it says hotrock its right .I M.D. . I live in the bottom of a dried up ocean and hot rocks are everywhere. YMMV

It's been either to hot and humid here or else it's raining. We're hoping to get out and do some detecting soon. It's been too long. HH, Nancy

Nothing lasts forever; had my MXT for 5 years, and it finally gave up the ghost two weeks ago; currently in the shop getting a tune up..., but wouldn't trade it even now!!

Bet she'll be like brand new when you get her back! I am due for a tune up on mine as well!

I love mine and have tried a lot of high dollar ones and keep going back

Was using the plain MXT (still Have it ) now use it with the 8x6 Sef coil.
Have added the MXT 300 with the 10x12 coil
Recently added the MXT Pro to the stable with the regular 9.5 coil.
Also have the small brother to the MXT the MX 5
I'm addicted to that best on the block detector I have tried many
but keep going back to these bad boys.
