MXT QUESTION

I am looking at a detector for gold. Is the MXT as good at detecting gold as the GMT or the Sierra Madre??? I have a DFX so I was looking at the capability of using the same coils on both machines. Would that be a big advantage???

The MXT wouldn't get the small bits the GMT would get due to the GMT's higher frequency but the fact that the MXT and DFX use the same coils is a fair trade off in my opinion. The lower frequency of the MXT should get you some better depth as well. The MXT shines at places like Ganes Creek in Alaska. Just my two cents. Would love to take my MXT up there.
