I am sure you saw pgrn1's post to your recent post looking for help (the I Love My MXT Butt post.) His relic settings are really good. I was out detecting an area today that was used as a dumping site for road building waste. I was hoping for some old items found a lot of junk. Using a 6x8 SEF coil I could hear a pull tab moving thru the field at 16" tab was on top of the ground. I bought the coil for prospecting but have yet to try it out for that application. If you havn't tried his setting you should give them a try they are very deep.
