Congrats on the great finds(wife and silver). I live in northern California where silver coins are few and far between but I have found 1 Franklin. I bring my kids with me and they play while I detect. When I found the half I was yelling so loud my son came running over cause he thought I was injured.

I know what you mean. I live in the san diego area in southern ca. and not very many silver coins down here either. My wife when she finds something exciting, she will get real quite and will have a big ol smile on her face. That's when I know she found something good
