I made this mostly for cosmetic protection, scratches, dust, dew or whatever. May buy you some time if you get caught by a surprise shower. Made from clear (obviously) vinyl with small holes so the pot shafts and toggles can get thru, held down by strategically placed adhesive back hook and pile (velcro) , the back is open sorry couldnt get more detailed pics, thanks for looking.
 
I have a suggestion for the shaft holes...stich in some bicycle inner tube rubber with a small hole where the shaft needs to go...this will make the thing more water tight...
Or use the repair cement...I think it should bond to the vinyl...

Nice job..:thumbup: very innovative. I also go out of my way to protect my detectors from scratches and unnecessary damage. They cost a fair amount of money and are worth taking care of plus it shows pride and value in ownership.:) Some guys out there treat there detectors like shovels, I commend your efforts..:cheers:
