MXT and Eclipse 5.3 gold

B.T

New member
Ok, second go with some great help.
Here's some gold I found with the MXT and the 5.3 coil, except for one which was with the 10x6. There are some other pics but im not going through this again too soon.
Was running gain of plus 2, sat 7. Magic coil.
The larger specie is just one bit from a large chunk of quartz which I busted up and has fine gold running through it.
Super sensitivity to species the 5.3.

Hi B.T
Great photos glad you got them on.Good to see natural looking Gold. You are proving how great the MXT is on our highly mineralised grounds keep them coming B.T

Great job BT, I like to grind my quart down and pan the gold out of the powder.

What a nice arrangement of gold in the rough. I love it! Great detecting and thanks for the pics. It's amazing what the MXT and the small coils will scout out. HH to all, Nancy

Now thats amazing! The 5.3 you say?

I have been following the Fisher forum regarding the F70.
One of the people believes that the F-70 and F-75 might prove
to be stiff compitition for the MXT and X-70 because the F70 and 75
both have such high frequency coils....that and the electronics,
although he didn't specifically mention the electronics. That part is my opinion.

The MXT with the 5.3 coil is a killer combo on species. Cant understand why its only touted as a coin coil.
I have some other species which contain gold barely visible its so small found with that combo. Not much use posting a pic as all you would see is some dirty stained quartz. I have heard some good reports on the 75 but wonder how well it would keep up as the ground gets bad with heaps of mineral changes in it? The V Sat is the key. With others you are at their mercy in regards to their set retune speed. What I like with the MXT is the control which it gives you over these type of ground types. Cant wait to see future offerings.
