Found a toy cannon on Tuesday, any ideas on age or value, its brass I believe.

Very nice find! Does it have a bore? The small Civil War cannons I was thinking about I believe were known as "Signal Cannons" and I'm wondering if any of these cannons posted might be one of these.
 
It has a hole in the top which appears to be for a wick. The barrel is connected to this. Cant tell if the barrel is rifled.
 
Nice find, I can see this one is a bit bigger than the one i found.
