Do you have to go into options and cut wireless off If you want to use regular headphones or does it cut off by itself when you plug wired headphones in?
 
Just plug the headphones into the external jack, you do not have to do anything for the wireless headphone. The auxiliary battery pack will move the jack to underneath your arm cuff.....
