Hey Jim, think I read he was going to make a run to (not so hot) ATL this past week, and do some digging spots along the way. So I'm sure he'll be writing up a Mud style "trip report" soon

Yep...made that run..made it home early today and still have not fully recovered....I was going to take the Pro, but left it behind, wish I had, I found some water spots that looked real good, I knew I wouldnt have much time, and then I also thought that if somebody broke into my car parked all week in a public parking garage I'd lose all my gear, so I left the Pro and took the 70, and only had a very little swing time on my way down last Sunday morning south of Nashville off 24..I did have a good adventure though...I'd like to just do a strictly detecting trip someday and forget about work for a while. Thanks for your concern!

Glad you are back safe and sound. I knew you were making the run, just thought it was the same week we went over to the island. Nice find on the gold ear ring. Little chilly down this way, as you now know. HH jim tn
