I think my dry spell has also ended. Went out with the Ace250 this morning to a area I hunted the heck out over the past year and a half. Found a lot of corroded zink pennies and a orange quarter. Then I found a interesting token for a bathroom somewhere Nerver heard of such a thing. Went to another spot at the same area and attracted a bunch of children. All were less then 10 years old and as I was demostrating the detector to them I couldnt help but notice, but most of these kids were wearing gold jewelry. Braclets, necklaces and rings. I asked one of the kids to pass his gold braclet by my coil....Nickle rang alright. I better start checking out those playgrounds a lot more! I never figured that children would be wearing such expensive jewelry.
Ended up finding almost 4 bucks today! Lots of quarters too!
Heres then token I found. About the size of a dime. Take it easy folks and HH!

You'd be surprised what these kids are wearing today. I find a lot of jewelry in playgrounds. Take a look at this beauty. Gorman sterling silver with 24 Kt gold wings and a small diamond in the center.
