Here's my plan. I want to place plastic over an area to kill weeds and grass inside a fenced area, as opposed to using chemical, to keep rabbits out. I was told that after that, I need to reconstitute the soil. What does this entail? I want to plant vegtables here for a summer and winter garden. Any ideas?
