We are contemplating a trip up North way,mid- February........We want to go Mackinaw way,stay at the same hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon,it is open all year long.This will be out first getaway with our new Durango.........Heated pool,hot tub...Lounging in the hot tub and heated indoor pool,looking out through the window,watching the wind blow, and the snow fall....I have told Marcia,at that time of year,"anything goes", as to the weather- Could be in the 50's,or a major blizzard could visit,I have seen both extremes up there,in the winter.Getting stranded in a blizzard,in a nice hotel,with a heated pool and hot tub,with my wife..........HARD LIFE,but SOMEBODY'S got to shoulder the burden,and do their share.................

Let us know when you will be up this way - would love to meet the Mrs and chat a spell before you venture further North...I see the Bridge has a Bridge Cam so you can see the crossing conditions before you get to the Bridge.
