Moving to the Beach

After many years of talking about moving to the beach, I am finally do it. I am relocating to Satellite Beach Florida (Space Coast of Florida). I am done with the cold weather of Northern VA. Since my house will be 3 blocks if that from the beach, I'm sure I will be doing a lot of beach metal detecting with my MXT. Is there anything I need to do, change out the coil or such? Should be fun. Thanks for any assistance!

Dave

Dave, congratulations on the move! I would keep the MXT for dry sand and look at a Dual Field, Sand Shark, Excal or CZ-21 for wet sand and water. Good luck and enjoy the warmer weather!

I wish you happiness and lots of wonderful days of detecting. Congrats on your move.
