Mothers Day Gold!

Look at the size of this blowout! This is an old spot, full of iron...found this 14k 4.3g ring inscribed 11/23/18...very old gold hidden amidst the iron scrap until all that sand blew out of there....there it is all shined up on the hand of the Mother of my child, who is a confiscator of all things cool and valuable...I get to keep the clad, tabs and wire.

Nice old gold! Funny thing about metal detecting, my wife thinks there is no other activity in life more boring than detecting, yet, if I want to take a picture of all the rings I've found, I have to ask her, because she's wearing them LOL!

Well, at least as long as they like our finds they'll want us to keep finding them.
