More Williamsburg,Va this past weekend.... *N/T*

My Sony F707 works great for my photoshop art but I want a DSLR for more serious work like portraits. I've got it narrowed down to the Fuji S2 and the Nikon D100. Any suggestions?

Either one of those choices are good.
I shot the images of Williamsburg with the D100.
One thing the S1 has over the D100 is that the S1 is capable of a 12 megapixel file(interpolated). It use math to get you a 12 mega pixel file. From what I've read on other boards the S1 is a real consistent performer. Hardly any post production(corrections)is required with the files it creates.
Have fun with which ever model you choose and post some pics......
